Horse Lease/Donation Profile
PETS relies on generous lessors and donors to provide the horses used in the program. If you are considering Leasing or Donation your horse to our program, please see our criteria below.
***All horses considered for the program MUST go through a screening process to determine appropriateness for the program***
The Program is in need of horses which meet the following criteria:
- Geldings Only
- Mild Disposition (kind and gentle)
- Between 10-20 years old
- Should be 15.0 to 15.3 hands tall
- Neck reining skill would be very helpful
- Must be able to Walk, Trot, and Canter and be in good health
- All colors and breeds (depending on temperament) will be considered
